Ahmed El Hennawy is the Founder and CEO of DEVART Development & Construction, serving also as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. A distinguished alumnus of the Arab Open University, he established DEVART with a vision to integrate meticulous design with flawless general contracting execution, pioneering the delivery of Turnkey Solutions in the luxury real estate sector. His leadership is centered on promoting the highest standards of craftsmanship, fostering strategic partnerships—including with Wardany Strategic Development—and driving the company's expansion into premium commercial and residential markets across Egypt.
